Terms & licenses
Small print,
plainly written.
Transflo is free, open-source software developed by Ali Fayed.
Effective October 19, 2026
Your software freedoms
Transflo is provided under the MIT License. That license sets out your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the app and source, including its notice requirements. It remains the controlling software license.
Third-party components
Bundled FFmpeg and codec components carry their own licenses and obligations. See third-party notices, source information, and the written offer. The MIT license for Transflo does not replace those licenses.
Your files and your choices
Use the app only with files you have the right to process or share. You retain your rights in your content. Conversions and edits generally create new outputs; Rename and Move intentionally change names or locations. Review results and maintain backups of important work.
No warranty
The software is supplied “as is” under the MIT License, without warranties, to the extent allowed by law. Conversion fidelity depends on source formats and content. Nothing on this page limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
External services
Download links, source code, and update metadata use GitHub. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Their services have their own applicable terms. Transflo is independent of, and not endorsed by, Apple, GitHub, or Cloudflare.
App Store distribution
This website does not claim current App Store availability. If an App Store edition becomes available, its store listing will identify any applicable Apple distribution terms. No subscription or paid service is offered here.
